Where Hevy is better
Honesty first: Hevy has native apps with years of polish, a massive exercise database, Apple Watch and Wear OS support, and — its real moat — a social community of millions. If training with friends, sharing workouts and following other lifters is part of why you show up, Hevy is the right choice and we'll happily say so.
Where Liftrava is better
Price, friction and focus.Everything Liftrava ships is free with no caps — no "you've hit your routine limit" moment. There is nothing to install: the link opens and you're logging thirty seconds later, on any device. The offline support is genuinely bulletproof — you can start a workout in airplane mode. And the 3D muscle coverage map shows something no set counter does: which muscles you've actually covered this week and which you've been skipping.
Liftrava also has no feed on purpose. No streak shaming, no likes — just your plan, your sets and your progress. Some people miss the community; the people we built this for don't.
The bottom line
